Enviro Refinery Inc. and its subsidiaries, started the research, development & conversion/recycling of waste products by refining these products into improved, more environmentally friendly fuel in 1997. Our Head office is located in Calgary Alberta, Canada.

We are a professional organization which devotes itself to the research and development of the cracking & pyrolysis of waste plastic, used rubber, used oil, asphalt, and organics after mixed fermentation, with the cracking & pyrolysis process. Our dedication to the research, and development of manufacturing equipment to Canadian, European & American standards is second to none. Our process, produces a more environmentally friendly fuels, ie: ULSD (Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel), Gasoline, etc.

For example, standard ULSD in North America is 15 ppm (Parts Per Million) Sulfur content. Where in Europe the Euro diesel/ Euro Mark VI, is 10 ppm (Parts Per Million). We at Enviro Refinery, by utilizing select feed stock and our cutting edge patented technology, have achieved Enviro Diesel verified by SGS, at a staggering 5 PPM Sulfur Content.  Half of Euro Diesel and One third of ULSD in North America.

ENVIRO REFINERY ACHIEVES NOMINAL EMISSIONS BY REGENERATION, BI-PRODUCTS ARE RECYCLED INTO SALABLE FERTILIZERS

Evan with our by-products being salable fertilizers, we still manage to regenerate our emissions, back into our facilities as a power source. Leaving Enviro Refinery self-sufficient. Because of our seventh generation, fully automated facility’s regeneration process, our facilities will leave nominal emissions in which ever environment they operate in. 

 

By utilizing Nano carbon reduction, energy regeneration, oil purification, oil crash catalysts, and micro-emulsion fuel technologies. We can produce ethanol gasoline, shockingly low sulfur diesel fuel, base oil, lube oil, shale oil, ethyl alcohol. Our dedicated research, development team provides cutting edge environmental recycling facilities.

ENVIRO REFINERIES ARE MANUFACTURED FOR DURABILITY AND STRENGTH TO PROVIDE A LONG LIFE ON THE STRUCTURE WITH MINOR WEAR PARTS

At present, we have successfully researched and developed, a fully automated and large-scale continuous industrial production line for cracking and pyrolysis of straw, grass, waste plastic, rubber, waste oil and asphalt, etc by mixed fermentation or independent fermentation to transform thus into gasoline, diesel oil, baseoil, lube oil, carbon black and natural gas.

 

The equipment has special antero structure, that provides a long working life. The process and technology of “constant temperature heat, fermentation in short time periods, cracking and pyrolysis, provide a hot air-tight seal’. It can realize charging raw material, discharging residues and getting final oil continuously in 24 hours at high temperature. The gas can be treated by the gas treatment device and supply heat for itself, so the first 45 minutes needs external energy, which is power by our own recycled fuels and after which, our facilities can operate by utilizing the heat from itself, saving even more external energy.

ENVIRO REFINERY, THE FUTURE OF RECYCLING IS HERE

The process of cracking & pyrolysis after mixed fermentation, the independent cracking & pyrolysis, method reached and developed by our group, takes full advantage of organics by the use of our specially developed cracking and pyrolysis process after fermentation. This greatly shortens the transformation period, and increases the species of raw material from human household garbage which can be transformed into gasoline, ULSD & Euro Diesel.

 

The facility, which produces gasoline and diesel fuel, by our cracking & pyrolysis of waste/used oil, waste plastic, waste/rubber, straw, grass and asphalt etc, after mixed fermentation and produces fuel oil and natural gas, by the technology of our facilities. Our facilities have had successful operations and production in multiple countries for many years.
